First AUBO Collaborative Robot Auto-Loading Station Launched In Our CNC Workshop
We are proud to announce the launch of our first automated machining workstation equipped with an AUBO collaborative robot, marking a key milestone in our factory’s intelligent manufacturing upgrade.
This fully automatic loading & unloading robot system is paired with our CNC turning machine, realizing unmanned cyclic production for precision custom components. As our first intelligent automation device, it lays a solid foundation for our long-term production efficiency improvement.
Before this automation upgrade, all workpiece feeding and unloading relied on manual operation, which limited continuous production capacity and brought unstable consistency to long-batch orders.
The AUBO 6-axis collaborative robot features flexible operation, safety co-working without protective fences, and easy drag-to-teach programming. Equipped with customized pneumatic grippers, it can stably grab raw blanks and finished parts, automatically feeding the CNC machine and retrieving completed workpieces round the clock.
