The Puxiangrui PT46 is a high-rigidity slant-bed CNC turning center purpose-built for precision rotational parts. Its 45° slant-bed cast iron structure provides exceptional damping and thermal stability, enabling consistent micron-level accuracy during long production runs. Equipped with precision linear guideways and a fast-indexing servo turret, the PT46 minimizes non-cutting time while maintaining tight geometric tolerances. The machine excels at turning, facing, grooving, threading, and drilling operations on materials ranging from aluminum and stainless steel to engineering plastics. With its compact footprint and robust construction, the PT46 is an ideal solution for medium-batch production of shafts, bushings, connectors, and hydraulic components.
