The dual pallet changer enables zero-loading-time operation — while one pallet is machining, the next workpiece is set up on the other — making the HA-400II exceptionally efficient for large-volume production and high-mix scheduling. The TSC system delivers high-pressure coolant directly through the spindle and tool to the cutting edge, dramatically improving chip evacuation and tool life in deep-hole drilling, deep pocketing, and tough material applications. Combined with a rigid horizontal spindle, integrated B-axis rotary table, and heavy cast iron bed, the HA-400II achieves tight tolerances across multiple faces in a single setup.
